前面提到了根据审稿人的意见 reject，但是该论文仅提交了13天，还未被送审。
后面意见中告知作为新论文重提交，并且不要带有审稿人评论等内容。

这种情况，题目不改会不会被查到曾拒稿而出问题？（我的题目已经极其精简了，再做改动恐怕会要联动文章内容主旨一起修改）
没有任何修改意见和具体的原因，文章主体我要做修改吗？
