请问编辑的这个回信是啥意思，是要提交出版协议吗，我投稿的时候没有上传出版协议，因为我看评论的时候大家说投完分配编辑后会发邮件通知上传出版协议：
It is our policy that all authors must approve submission of this manuscript.  If you are a co-author, we hope that you approve of the manuscript and its submission to Langmuir.  If you do not approve of this submission, please notify the assigned editor immediately with a letter of explanation.  If you do approve this manuscript submission, no further action is necessary.
