section “Applied Industrial Technologies”. If the paper is framed in  
the Industry 4.0 context it may be also aligned to the special issue  
(SI) that I am editing as guest editor  
(https://www.mdpi.com/journal/applsci/special_issues/Managing_Innovation).
If it is the first time that you submit a paper a paper there I want  
to inform you that usually the managing editor of the journal does a  
pre-screening process of the papers submitted to the special and  
regular issues to ensure manuscript quality based on the full text  
submissions.

3个编辑，都表示文章符合栏目的收录兴趣。但是前两个编辑想让我投他们座审的special issue，但我看这些专刊的截稿日期都2020年去了，但我急用文章毕业所以不知道不投SI，直接投正刊这两个编辑会不会不高兴。还有第3个编辑让我加他为一个作者，可以现在已经有三个作者了，2个老师和我，不能调顺序，只能给他4作了，有大神知道老外能接受4作吗？？
