The paper describes the experimental investigation of ***. Although this is a good paper on a topical subject that will be of interest for the energy storage and dielectrics community, in the current context of high submission rates to the Journal we regret that the paper is too far from the Journal's focus on novel generic science concerning the relationships between processing, microstructure and properties of polycrystalline ceramics and is, therefore, outside the scope of the Journal.

The main motivation for this decision is that the paper is essentially a parameter study in nature, without significant connection of observed properties to impact of processing, ceramic science, microstructure, or local phenomena.

Of course, the methodology used is entirely appropriate to the aims of the investigation and no criticism is implied. It does, however, position the paper outside the main area of interest of the Journal and suggests that it may be more appropriate for a more specialized journal.
