So I suggest that the article should be reorganized by the authors.

Chief Editor:
In view of the mixed review comments, I would like the authors to submit a revised version, and carefully address all questions and concerns raised by the reviewers, especially the one declining the paper for further review.
The manuscript would be accepted for publication only if all critical comments have been responded properly or explained convincingly.
