求助，审稿意见中 polynomial fits/spline fits 这个啥意思，该怎么做呢
求助，论文大修，但第一个意见就把我难倒了，以下这段意见该怎么修改呢。想了好久没搞懂啥意思。It will be better if polynomial fits/spline fits were applied to figures (x-y charts on the right hand). Mere joining the points indicates the variatioanl trends but local influence of a noisy experimental point is also seen particularly in Fig.2. 谢谢各位啦

不要仅仅连接各数据点，加上多项式拟合或者样条拟合。
