I have not advertised the PhD scholarship officially. It requires a student with

(1)    hands-on skills in bacterial and/or fungi culturing
(2)    GPA: 3.2/4.0 (university requirement)
(3)    TOEFL or IELTS (every 6.5, each section not lower than 6.0): the university offers English course if requirements are not met.
