Research Fellow Position in Optics/Photonics

Micro and Nano Systems Initiative (MNSI) at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, National University of Singapore, seeks applicants for a research fellow / Postdoctoral fellow position in the areas of optics/photonics. Responsibilities of the position will include: fundamental and applied research in photonics, novel imaging and spectroscopy methods. The applicants must have a Ph.D in Applied Physics, Optical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.

The applicants will be expected to have a good track record of research publications in the related areas and have strong problem-solving skills, good verbal and written communication skills and excellent team work abilities. Current PhD students who are completing their thesis soon or waiting for their oral defense may also be considered for the above position.
