IEEE Communications letters提交终稿的问题
最近有幸中了一篇IEEE Communications letters文章，编辑现在让我提交最终版，编辑要求“Final text version of the manuscript must be submitted in TeX or LaTeX formatted in two (2) columns following the IEEE Transactions style.”，想问问虫友们，提交的manuscript源文件必须是latex格式的吗？Word格式的可以吗？
