本组研究方向为 结合超快光谱技术研究和开发新型低维光电子材料及器件。欢迎有
1. synthesis of low-dimensional semiconductor materials: eg. colloidal semiconductor nanocrystals/quantum dots, core/shell qds; low-dimensional perovskites (0d, rp, etc); 2d materials (tmds).
2. fabrication of optoelectronic devices (solar-cell, photodetector etc); low-dimensional perovskites-based devices.
3. femtosecond transient absorption spectroscopy (用于charge carrier dynamics characterization 如无经验, 可提供详细指导培训)
其中一项或多项背景的 物理、化学、材料等专业 博士、硕士或优秀本科生加入。
phd 申请者, 2020年1月或9月入学;
语言成绩要求:
ielts: (overall score of at least 6.5; 6.0 or above for writing)
toefl: (80 or above; 23 or above for writing)
scholarship:
1. polyu university research studentships: 约 hk$17,000 每月 (申请31/dec/19 截至)or
2. hong kong phd fellowship scheme (hkpdfs): hk $25,000 每月,免学费(申请01/dec/19截至)具体请参考 https://cerg1.ugc.edu.hk/hkpfs/index.html
在phd学习开始前,亦可先做一年或半年ra。
