Position: Sr. Scientist, immunology Location: Nanjing, China
Report to: Sr. Product Manager

Role Description:
We are hiring a senior scientist of Immunology at CN site, internationally. The person at this position will participate in development of products related to cell therapy and biologics.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for research and development of cell therapy and biologics related products, including cytokines, antibodies, flow cytometry kits, cytokine detection kit, and et al.;
2.Work effectively through internal cross-functional team collaboration, including QA, Legal, Discovery and Manufacture;
3.Write and review proposals, protocols, and SOPs to summarize the results;
4.Participate in educational instruction of new employees;
5.Stay up-to-date on current cell therapy technology and innovations and capabilities in products related to cell therapy.

Qualifications:
1.Ph.D. in Cell Biology, Immunology, Biochemical Engineering or related fields;
2.Strong background in cell biology and immunology are required (knowledge in T or NK cell biology and blood banking is preferred);
3.Deep understanding and hands-on experience in flow cytometry and expert in related data analyzing software, such as Diva and Flowjo;
4.Basic knowledge in a variety of biological assays such as proliferation, WB,IHC,ELISA;
5.A strong ability of presentation and data analyzing;
6.Experience with team-based collaborations; highly motivated and target driven; good time management and organizational skills;
7.Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese. 返回小木虫查看更多
