10. When the solubility is increased, the dose of LD50 has to be checked to see if there is any sign of toxicity? ( MG-Na, page 18, line 10)
Response: Thank you for raising the important question. Accordingly, we have performed additional experiments on the dose of LD50 for MG-Na by oral gavage, the result showed that the mice were no sacrifice when the dosage regimen for MG-Na was based on the highest dose level given (4000 mg/kg). So, we performed the maximum tolerated dose (MTD, 12000 mg/kg). The MTD results showed that MG-Na has no toxicity and adverse effect. We have presented the corresponding results in Results and Discussions sections (page 15, line 16-18) in the revised manuscript. 返回小木虫查看更多
