4. a table of contents entry: graphic maximum size 8 cm x 4 cm and one sentence of text, maximum 20 words, highlighting the novelty of the work
5. any comments to the referees (e.g. a justification for the work or cover letter) as a 'Letter to Referees'. This letter should NOT include the names of suggested referees nor information about conflicts of interest.
