水平问题
从字面上理解应该不是语言问题，不过很多期刊拒稿可能就是统一模板，可能纯粹就是编辑不喜欢。不过如果楼主投稿之前没用过语言编辑，建议楼主需要用一下，除非有大佬帮忙修改过语言
楼主好像没理解编辑的回信吧。编辑没有提语言的事啊，也没说什么有价值啊。真的完全事纯拒稿~
当然，我也同意楼上所说，不管是给这家重投还是投别家，除非对语言有很大把握，否则强烈建议找正规机构把语言润色一下，
文章质量一般，新意一般，贡献一般，不就这样吗，哪里说语言了
