this work proposes an infrared small target tracking algorithm based on multiple cues fusion and kalman filter for complex environmental conditions. the paper suffers for many problems:
1. there is one small target in experiments. if more small targets appear in scenarios, is the result of proposed algorithm robust and efficient? please add this situation.
2. q and r of kalman filter are fixed in experiments. if you adjust them adaptively, could the result be better? please demonstrate contrast results.
3. is ekf more efficient than kf? please outline contrast results.
4. more state-of-art algorithms should be added to compare with proposed algorithm.
5. formula font is not consistent with the manuscript. please correct it properly.

for the benefit of the paper as a useful future reference, i would recommend some problems in this manuscript.
1. in this paper, complex environmental conditions should be further explanation.
2. the conclusion part is similar to the abstract.
3. it is stated that the use of "we" should be avoided.
4. in figure 3, the reasons for the poor effect of the three pictures (a)(b)(c) should be further analyzed.
5. in figure 4, the author mentioned that the tracking accuracy of 3d-dogt and pf-pso-aw is lower than that of our proposed algorithm as shown in several frames. but in fact, it's impossible to distinguish the effects of three methods in this picture.
请问根据这个审稿意见,我修改论文的时候的要点是什么,中的概率怎样?
