Maybe more suitable for journals such as: Computers and OR; Assembly Automation; Automation Science and Engineering; IJPR,
编辑建议转投，有几个疑惑:
1. 这种建议是质量问题和主题问题吗？
2. 主题个人认为是符合的。
质量问题的话，方法受到过其他期刊评审的高度肯定，至少不会太差（主观看法)。
3.建议的Suitable期刊里有三个影响因子是大于本期刊的。所以是否只是编辑认为质量不好而随便建议的。
已转投TASE，还是想请教诸位虫友分析一番。感激不尽。
