一、合作导师简介
吕志民 (zhimin lu), dean, institute of translational medicine of zhejiang university.
肿瘤代谢研究领域领军科学家，美国科学促进会(aaas)会士。 原为美国md安德森癌症中心(美国排名第一)的杰出讲席终身教授, 肿瘤代谢中心创始主任。2016年作为肿瘤理论研究唯一获奖者被授予该中心年度科技成就奖。
吕教授在世界一流杂志nature, cell, nature reviews molecular cell biology, cancer cell, cancer discovery, nature cell biology, molecular cell, pnas 等发表论文100多篇(cell, nature, science及子刊30多篇)。 担任metabolism discovery创始主编,精准医学杂志荣誉主编， cell research(if：15.4)编委, neuro-oncology(if：9.4)等十余个杂志编委；

二、申请条件：
applicants must have an excellent first-author publication history and must be highly motivated. a strong background, molecular biology, cell biology, and/or biochemistry is desired. experience with signal transduction, cell metabolism, stem cells, and transgenic mouse experiments would be a plus. a competitive salary with an excellent compensation and benefits package will be provided.

三、工作待遇：
1、薪酬及福利待遇按国家博士后相关规定和浙江大学有关规定执行，并根据候选者条件定夺。年薪25万元及以上。
2、为博士后提供良好的科研条件，鼓励参加国内外高水平学术会议，支持申报博士后科学基金以及其他国家与地方的科技项目和博士后资助项目。
3、可租住学校博士后公寓。
4、在站时间满3年或一站期满直接进二站并满1年的博士后人员，可以申报浙江大学的专业高级职务。
