论文二审，under review两个月了，状态一直没变。所以发邮件问了责任编辑。
过了几天，编辑给了如下回复。

This note is to advise you on the review status of your paper. We have thus far received the second review on your revised manuscript and are still waiting for an additional one. If the latter does not materialize in the next month, you will receive the comments that I have to progress on?your paper.

这是说，如果下个月还没收到第一个审稿人的意见，就怎么着？
