1、近五年内从世界排名前150名大学获得生物学、分子生物学、生物工程等相关专业博士学位；
2、具有良好的分子生物学和生物工程领域的理论知识和实践经验；
3、具有克隆、蛋白质表达和纯化方面的实际工作经验，能独立制定和执行蛋白质表达和纯化方案；
4、具有良好的英文阅读和写作能力；
5、愿意学习，具有较强的事业心和良好的团队精神。

岗位职责：
1、根据公司发展计划的需求，制定蛋白质表达及纯化方案；
2、具体实施并完成纯化方案，并将合格的产品转交到试剂研发部；
3、与试剂研发部密切合作，解决工作中可能碰到的问题；
4、根据市场需求，提出新的项目研发计划并制定实施方案；
5、带领蛋白质工程团队保质按时完成各项研发生产工作。

Job Requirements:
Ph.D in Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering or related field with 5+ yrs academia or industry experience developing protein purification processes to support research and functional protein production.

•   Successful candidates should have a strong molecular biology experience with strong cloning experience and a background in protein engineering applications including  hands-on experience in protein purification, protein expression, and functional protein activity screens.
•   Will work independently in a fast-paced environment with very supportive teammates.
•   Independently designs experimental plans, analyzes  experimental data, generates laboratory protocols, and writes technical reports, quantitative analyses,and product  summaries.
•   Troubleshoots and solves difficult problems in the design/execution of development projects. Investigates, creates, and incorporates new methods and technologies to improve the effectiveness of development workflows.
•  Maintains accurate lab notebook to support protection of  intellectual property in accordance with relevant required standards.
•   Presents data at scientific conferences (external and internal). Interacts closely with other internal departments (i.e., R&D,Production,Marketing,Business Development, Quality, Operations and/or Technical Services).
•   Complies with all company safety, training, and quality regulations.
