小白求教，中了一篇ieee access，今天收到邮件说我最终稿提交少了 doc手稿

但是原来提交稿件的系统已经transfer copyright了……求问编辑说的可以发邮件把doc手稿发过去就是发到他的这个邮件的邮箱地址吗？
