我是植物分子生物学方向的，费了好大劲做出来的论文，听说BMC Plant Biology审稿速度挺快的，就投过去了，可是3月12号上传的文章，经过了技术审核，然后就到了编辑评估阶段，可是现在都四月中旬了，还是编辑评估阶段，前几天发了一封信催了一下，他们的回信主要内容如下：

At present, we are seeking an Editor to handle the peer review process for this manuscript. This has taken slightly longer than is usual, as unfortunately a number of Editors have been unable to assist us. However, we are confident that an Editor will be found shortly. As soon as an Editor has agreed to oversee the manuscript, they will start inviting peer reviewers.

说暂时没有编辑愿意接手我的论文，还在找编辑，大家说我该怎么办呢？

求大神给点意见！
