英文投稿邮件回复求助
我给Hindawi旗下的期刊投稿，他们发邮件说
“While checking your manuscript, we have found that the provided email address is not verified. In order to proceed with the review process of manuscript , please provide us with institutional email addresses, along with institutional web pages, and list of previous publications for you，XX,XXX,XX”
我解释说单位邮箱无法收到他们的邮件，我们团队没有对应的单位页面，然后列了8篇近五年几个论文作者的代表作，按引用文献格式写的，还加了DOI号。
结果今天收到对方的回复邮件如下，
“Please provide us with an alternative email address linked with previous publication for you and the authors XX,XXX,XX”
请问各位我该如何答复？

那就提供你和那些被点名的作者的在先前的PUBLICATION 中可以使用的Email 地址
编辑部的意思，是不是我现在提供的通讯email地址A，和我列出的那些代表作中的email地址B不同，为了证明我是那些代表作的作者，所以要提供email地址B给他们，然后通过email地址B发邮件确认
