这个期刊不是邮件投稿吗？

只找到了邮件投稿，没看到投稿系统。发回去修改稿，对方也没有回复是否收到，发了个邮件询问，也没有回复，只有一个gmail的邮箱，其他啥信息也不知道，怎么办？
