用turnitin查了一遍，结果9%，是=或小于1%的句式、短语重复，现在不知道能不能重新投，编辑没鼓励，也没说不让重投，怎么办返回小木虫查看更多

刚刚有个人告诉我说，拒稿分为直接拒稿和拒稿重投，前者不会受理，后者会再分配审稿人，我这种情况是不是属于前者了

不知道，我也很纳闷，自己设想了一种情况，可能是文章太水，编辑不愿意看了，然后就说查重不过关，直接就拒了。但是现在不知道还能不能重新投
