审稿人问的是一个氯化铁湿法刻蚀铜过程中的问题

如果说yield of etching with Cu thickness 中，刻蚀厚度为函数，那么谁为自变量并不清楚啊。

我的理解为铜厚度的刻蚀产出，因为一定厚度的铜膜被刻蚀液去除。所以刻蚀产出的单位是铜膜的厚度
