Area editor: The negative reviewer has declined the review invitation. I noticed that the revision addresses a large part of his/her comments. The positive reviewer requests positioning of the studied problem and the results obtained with the similar problems and with the results existing in the literature.

Reviewer #1: The authors have successfully answered all my concerns, with the exception of the second part of comment 1), which referred to citing a recent review on assembly scheduling problems in press in EJOR. I strongly suggest the authors to study this paper to connect their problem with other similar problems related to assembly with buffer limitations.
