之前投了一篇本领域的普通sci期刊，投稿两个月返回意见，专家提了几个问题，编辑回复“On the basis of the enclosed report, it is a pleasure to inform you that your paper is in principle accepted for publication ”，于是按照编辑的comments逐条回复，隔天在投稿系统里提交了。再过了一个月发现系统里的论文状态已显示“accepted”，本青以为等着收录用通知校样就可以了。谁知1个多月后发来了拒稿的通知，原因解释为“ it appears the revision does not satisfy the publication criteria.     its present form on the ground that it does not reach the high standard of originality and novelty required  ”。搞得我一头雾水，这时发现系统上的论文状态也由“accepted”变成了“rejected”，大家遇到过这种事儿么？是要申诉么？
