Abbreviate first and middle names to initials in your author lists. Put first and middle initials before last names in your author lists.
这个是要把我的首字母缩写 放在姓前面吗 为什么我看最新发表的OE文章 也有基本都是写全名啊 为什么他会要求我缩写呢 还是我的理解有问题呢？

你的理解是对的，缩写姓名的last name和middle name为首字母，放在姓前面。
