1) Copy your figure from your PPT
2) Create a new file in Photoshop
3) Paste the figure in Photoshop
4) Click "Image" --> "Image Size" and you'll see a pop-up window
5) In the pop-up window, change "Resolution" to 600 dpi and then change the figure size (both
width and height) to smaller values (such as 4 cm) (otherwise, the file size would be very big).
6) Save file as “*.TIFF*，

我也刚遇到这个问题，但是没用。想得到高质量的图，只能用visio或其它软件来重新作图并输出。
