一审只有一个审稿人，正常么？
今早收到邮件，内容大致如下：
......We have completed the review of your manuscript. A summary is appended below. While revising the paper please consider the reviewer's comments carefully. We look forward to receiving your detailed response and your revised manuscript.
The language of this manuscript cannot reach the standard of publication. Before the manuscript is acceptable for publishing, the authors should find a native English speaker to polish the whole manuscript carefully. You may also use the service ..........

第一次投稿，请教各位：1.这意味着只有一个审稿人审稿么，是否可能还会陆续有其他审稿意见返回？2.潜台词：语言不过关，润色语言后再正常送审（多于1个审稿人）还是说润色语言后可以考虑接受？3.按常理，收到编辑的邮件后，需要回复他么？4.编辑给了60天的时间修改，这算是啥修改呀？大.中.小？

编辑邮件不需要回复。一个审稿人也不算很异常，我审过不少期刊的论文，有个top期刊一审竟然只有我一个人，他们也真是信得过我呀。。。只要编辑给你审稿意见了，就意味着第一次审稿结束，就算有第二三个审稿人，他们的意见也没办法上传了。就按照这个审稿人的意见赶快修改，我有过期限九十天的大修，但是我只花了两周就改完上传了，如果你觉得不敢冒险，可以改完了让别人看看，大概到三四十天的时候再上传
