投稿Elsevier 期刊看到以下信息，这个什么时候出现的啊，影响with editor的速度吗
Alert to Editors:
Please be advised that the CrossCheck plagiarism check service (powered by Turnitin) is currently not fully available to EES users. It is not possible to create reports for new submissions. We have reached out to Turnitin, who are investigating this issue. We hope to have the service available again a.s.a.p.

这个是编辑部用的查重系统出问题了，无法查看查重结果，对作者没影响。
不过，好像期刊提交under review之前会需要参考查重结果的吧
估计会影响速度，不过应该很快解决吧
请问注意到这个消息什么时候出现的吗，我是28号才注意到有这个消息，不知道以前有没有
