三审八个月催稿两次，编辑办公室的人老说缺两份审稿意见，怎么办？要我推荐审稿人？
催稿后回复如下:
Thank you for your inquiry about reviewer assignments for your manuscript.
First let me say, this is not the *** standard for length in processing your manuscript. There seems to be some issue in obtaining qualified reviewers for your manuscript. Our TE's work exceptional hard to find reviewers qualified to give opinions on each paper. Your TE assigned to your manuscript has sent 12 different requests out for reviewers to have only 4 agree with 2 actually returning his opinion.
We will continue to strive to find reviewers for your manuscript and I will reach out to the Editor in Chief concerning this situation.
Thank you for your continued time and patience in this matter.

编辑在给主编反映，等等看吧。可能主编考虑情况特殊，直接录用。自己推荐几个审稿人也可以，他也有用的可能，但重新送审就啰嗦了

一年半了，毕业都赶不上了，哎
