我是2018年2月在线出版的，到现在一直没有给卷号与页码，在线出版日期在我之前与之后的都分配卷号与页码了，可是我的一直没有，还有几个跟我一样的有几个在线出版比我之前的，也一直没有卷号，这一年来，一年中我给编辑去了好几封信件，一直没有回复，昨天又去了一封，终于回复了，大家帮我看下，是啥意思，是说今年出版吗？因为我不懂1301 1302 1303  1304 是什么意思

Thank you for the email. This is a rather unfortunate situation that the Editors took measures to resolve in the end of 2018.
        There were a number of Special Issues planned and they all unfortunately rolled together. We will have two special issues coming up as 13-01 and 13-02. Your paper will follow immediately per the acceptance date, in 13-03 or 13-04 depending on the number of pages of the papers that are older than yours.
