投到International journal of heat and mass transfer，投稿半个月后under review，审了39天后状态变为ready for decision，当时日期是1.12，没想到9天后再一次ready for decision，状态没变，日期变为1.21了...

我查看了EVISE系统的信件，系统自动发送了两次内容一模一样的信件：
I am pleased to inform you that I have received all the required reviews, which I will now evaluate before making a decision on your manuscript referenced above.之类的...

请教各位大神，这是什么情况？有遇到过的吗？是编辑邀请审稿人的时候，有2位以上审稿人愿意审稿并完成审稿了吗？这种情况是好是坏啊...有点忐忑不安...谢谢各位大神大佬赐教。
