投acs catalysis, 最后生成pdf时，一直生不成：we are sorry, but have encountered one or more error(s). they are listed below:
we are sorry, but there is a problem with your submitted file(s) named borylation_ms.pdf. our system cannot process this file. the most common reason for this is badly embedded fonts or type 3 fonts (which we do not support at the moment). if possible, please change the font settings and/or re-distil this pdf to a lower adobe acrobat version and try again.上传的word文章中的字体已全部检查，只有times new roman和symbol两种字体，之前投稿一直不存在此问题。

请问各位大神，到底是什么原因呢，万分感谢！
