投了Fisheries Research杂志，一个编辑给的是小修，一个给的是拒稿，主编给的是拒稿。
根据审稿意见做了修改，想重新投这个杂志试一下，不知道投稿的时候推荐审稿人是写原来的还是重新选推荐审稿人。
还有就是 要不要写一个response逐条回答一下修改的内容。
以下是邮件内容：
