决定修改后再重投。

this revised paper improved several things. however, there are still some problems as review comments. therefore, i would like to give the authors one more chance by accepting this paper with revision.

有虫子遇到这种情况吗？
也不知道修改后重投录能录用的概率大吗?

1月19日更新: 二次修改后提交，结果今天刚分配adm（和上次不同的adm）就让润色后再投。最新修改的内容ae应该还没有看啊。这都第三次重新提交了。
这是什么操作和神节奏啊。。。。
