文章被拒，修改审稿重新投，但是这两个意见不知道怎么修改，请教大家。
审稿意见是这样的：1This manuscript lacks relevant benchmarking of the work against literature specially blended PVDF and graphene.
2 Overall, concrete evidence (either literature or experimental) behind the observed findings and novelty or reasoning behind the chosen polymeric matrix is lacking in the manuscript.
寻求大家看看这两个意见怎么修改？
文章是被拒了，但是要重新修改好重新投，就指望毕业了。
