一审大修后，经过20多天的二审，今天收到意见，意见说让我把附件和另外一个图放在一个文件后发过去，after receipt of all of the items, your manuscript will be accepted with the understanding that its contents, all or in part, have not been published elsewhere and will not be published elsewhere in print or electronic format without the consent of the editor.

请问各位老师，这算接受了吗？有点疑惑
