1）. I would like to publish under the Open Access Publishing Agreement (OAPA).
2）.I would like to publish under the Creative Commons (CCBY) License.
Notice to Authors who have received Wellcome Trust funding
In order to support Wellcome Trust's Open Access policy, all articles by authors who have received funding from Wellcome Trust to cover article processing charges (APC) must be published under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY). Wellcome Trust will not cover the APC cost if an author chooses a license other than CC BY.
