CC被拒，因为缺乏新颖性，1个同意2个反对，审稿人推荐Photochemical & Photobiological Sciences，这种情况下转投后是否很快接受？能否重新投稿RSC，试一下OBC之类   IF稍高一点的。 或者各位大佬有没有推荐的期刊，不是纯合成，是化学生物交叉的工作，光敏剂光动力治疗肿瘤细胞。

For this reason I consider that the work is of incremental character and not suitable for ChemComm. On the other hand, the work could be of interest to photochemistry and PDT communities, and I suggest the authors to consider resubmitting the manuscript to Photochemical&Photobiological Sciences journal.
