2. Please number all equations, figures, and tables in your appendix in sequence with those in the rest of your paper.

3. Please note that we cannot accept multi-part tables (e.g., 7a, 7b, 7c, etc). Please ensure your tables do not have parts by either incorporating the parts into the main table or splitting these up so that each part is its own table。
