投的英文，审稿意见回来了，由于第一次投英文，所以这一段有地方没看懂，求大神给讲解一二。

Should you wish to resubmit you should explain how and where (i.e. by giving line numbers) each point of the reviewers' comments has been incorporated. For this, use submission item "Revision Notes" when uploading your revision. Also, indicate the changes in an annotated version of the revised manuscript (submission item "Revision, changes marked". Kindly note that your submission will not be accepted without the marked annotated manuscript. Please follow the order "Revision Notes", "Revision, changes marked", "Manuscript", etc，

加行号
针对审稿人意见逐条回复，对文稿加行号，对改动过的地方进行标记
大致的意思就是按照审稿意见逐条答复，并且说明在正文中所做出的修改，修稿的地方标出来，一般用红色字体，便于再次审稿。前面说的加上行号也是便于说明修改的地方。你加粗的那个就是指你的样稿
1、手稿中添加行号
2、通过"Revision Notes"上传修改清单
3、通过"Revision, changes marked"上传标注过修改地方的手稿修改版

revision notes也就是说我重新建立一份word来说明我修改了哪些地方是吗？而上传修改稿的时候是需要在做过修改的地方标注出来是吗？也就是需要上传两个文档，一个修改说明文档，一个带标记的修改稿？
