SCI投稿16天后收到拒稿信（Reject）
拒稿信的大致意思是我的文章不符合他们期刊的要求，但是他没有给出修改意见。我是否能追问编辑，文章存在的问题或是被拒的详细原因？
该期刊是4区，影响因子大概在1.1左右。现在重投其他期刊的话，求大佬推荐！（领域是半导体材料-单晶）
拒稿信内容如下：

Unfortunately, we are not able to consider it further for publication.
