       2018-9-3投了一份elsevier旗下的期刊（journal of hydrology）
       2018-9-7状态变为"Reviewer(s) invited"
       2018-9-17日期变了一次，状态依然是"Reviewer(s) invited"
       我是第一次投稿，没啥经验，于是在2018-9-26的时候通过elsevier的客服系统问了一下客服，客服告诉了Journal Manager，然后Journal Manager给我回了一封email，但是email我没怎么看明白，说文章在under review，又说邀请的审稿人拘审，到底是under review还是拘审呢？
       昨天，也就是2018-9-27日期又变了一次，但是状态依然是“Reviewer(s) invited”
我就是想请教大家，邀请审稿人状态不变，日期变这是为什么呢？是前面邀请的审稿人拘审重新邀请审稿人吗？还是说可能有审稿人同一审稿了但是还得另外邀请审稿人？还有为什么刚好是10天状态一变？巧合吗？
Journal Manager的回信内容如下：
     Thank you for your inquiry regarding the status of your manuscript. I checked the system and found that your paper is under review Initially six    reviewers had declined to review due to which there is a slight delay in the Editorial process. I am sure you will understand that some papers require extra time to secure willing and competent reviewers.  This is pertinent in order to maintain the integrity of the journal. Please be informed that I    have also contacted the Editor today requesting to expedite the review process, and I hope that they will send you a decision soon.
