Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the process related to reagent peptide, including strategy design, trouble shooting and so on.
Responsible for upgrading and optimizing reagent peptide platform.
Responsible for training specialists for reagent peptide and optimizing production processes.
Responsible for collaborating and training with business teams with advertising reagent peptide services and customer management.
Participating in advising reagent peptide related strategy and business.

Qualifications:
Education requirement: PhD degree or above.
Professional requirement: major in Chemical, Biochemistry.
Working experience requirement: Peptide related working experience in CRO or GMP companies is preferred.
Experience requirement: a PhD with more than 2 years peptide related experience.
Capability requirement:
1.Scientific skills to find issues and troubleshooting;
2.Strong learning skills to follow related innovative technologies in the field;
3.Be innovative, responsive and proactive;
4.Strong communication and team work skills;
5.Experience in team management;
Knowledge requirement:
1.Familiar with peptide technology and methods in related experimental platform;
2.Familiar with computational tools that commonly used in Peptide.
Language skill requirement
CET-6 or above
Be able to fluently communicate, writing in English and read English literatures.
