There is no need to send the manuscript out for review until this problem is addressed.  Reviewers will simply recommend that the manuscript be rejected as they will be unable to assess the quality of the experimental data.  The Reviewers will also very careful examine the data to determine whether or not the experimental uncertainty that is given is realistic, given the manufacturer's specifications. 返回小木虫查看更多
