审稿人要求补实验，但是因为目前已经离开原单位，而且因为实验是一年前做的，现在那个实验设备坏了，实在是补不了了，审稿人原话是“the authorsshould have tested at least three samples for each parameter to better assess the variability in the properties”，我当时只做了一次实验，我该怎么回复他，懵了。



补不了实验，实事求是说明原因
