Welcome to visit our modelling group in Cityu of HongKong (https://www.yuanmodellinggroup.com/). Here I would like to introduce you
the application of mathematical modelling in biology and public health. If your background is Biology but are interested in learning Computing, or
vice versa Computing is your background but wish to understand Biology more, please feel free to read research page and contact me with your CV.A PhD student and few research assistant (RA) positions are open now.   

We are also interested in applying mathematical modelling and computational approaches to study complex biological systems and to help
experimentalists to simulate the impacts under different conditions to get a better understanding of biological systems. We are also interested in
building software tools to study therapeutic response with next-generation sequencing techniques to achieve precision medicine.

If you are interested in multidisciplinary studies, which apply mathematical, computational and statistical approaches to study complex mechanisms
