第一篇SCI，比较幸运，从投稿到接收一共一个月零十二天，从接收到现在已经两周了，还没收到proof，但是主编要求缴费，主编的邮件中并没有提到缴费的期限，可以等收到proof之后改完再缴费吗？这个缴费有期限吗，求教……
